Beginning therapy can be anxiety provoking, so please contact us with any questions. We’re glad you are taking this important step.

We are not currently taking inquiries by phone, please indicate on the form whether you’d like to receive a phone call in response to your contact form, and please provide your number.

Hours

Our hours are by appointment only and include evenings and weekends. Lakeview Center for Psychotherapy is generally open:

• Monday-Thursday: 8 am – 9 pm
• Friday and Saturday: 8 am – 6 pm
• Sunday: 10 am – 6 pm
