Our hours are by appointment and include evenings and weekends.
Lakeview Center for Psychotherapy is generally open:

Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM-9:00PM
Friday and Saturday: 8:00AM-6:00PM
Sunday: 10:00AM-6:00PM

Fees

Our fees are based on the therapist’s level of training and experience. Full fees range from $90-$130. Our therapists are committed to offering a limited number of sliding fee appointments based on need.

Lower fees are also often available with therapists in training.

Insurance

We have made a thoughtful decision not to participate in managed care insurance plans. We feel that to do so compromises the privacy and integrity of our clients’ treatment. If you have an HMO plan, contact us at 773-525-3313 to discuss fee options.

Several of our therapists accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO of Illinois. We will assist clients who wish to be reimbursed by other PPO insurance plans.
