From Lakeview Center for Psychotherapy offers a consultation group for therapists who have recently trained or who wish to be trained in DBT.
We meet on Wednesdays from 1:00-2:00PM. The group begins with an experiential mindfulness experience, then we discuss DBT concepts and apply them to our clinical work. At some meetings we are joined by one of our consultants, Dr. Freda Friedman and Dr. Michael Maslar.
The bi-monthly consultation group is currently on hiatus. Meanwhile, we will have occasional meetings and trainings with our consultants. Our next intensive training is tentatively scheduled for Friday, October 3, from 8:30-3:30. Check back or call for more details.
